• Updated indices will be sent out to Early Bird purchasers as soon as they become available.

• We have worked on the indices diligently and have completed quality assurance testing but due to the inherent length and complexity of the indices, it is impossible to guarantee they are free of errors or omissions. 

• We encourage you to download the indices and begin using them as you continue to review the materials and prepare for the exams. However, please hold off on printing them for the time being.

• If you do find any mistakes we encourage you to send them to us by email. We will then make all the adjustments we receive and send a revised copy with the indices that you may then print.

• We make no guarantees that the indices will ever be error free and we do not provide compensation for incurred printing expenses.
